Our foundation

Home

Hi-Foundation was created in the year 2000 in accordance with articles 80 et seq. of the Swiss civil code, and was granted legal personhood with its registered offices in Meyrin, GE.

Hi-Foundation is a non-profit organization and is independent in national, political, ethnic and religious terms. Its funds, invested according to the law, are used for sustainable development projects.

The Foundation aims to analyse, identify and promote the processes at work in direct interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, leading them to thrive. By direct communication we mean verbal communication that is produced without an intermediary media; by direct non-verbal communication we mean communication that passes through our 5 senses, that is to say, sight, hearing, touch (including movement), smell and taste.

The five learning disciplines according to Peter Senge:

Our guidelines:

  1. Personal mastery. Getting to know oneself.

  2. Mental models. The deep-rooted suppositions or mental images that influence our understanding of the world and the way we create reality.

  3.  Building shared vision. If there is a true vision, people will learn and excel not because they have to, but because they want to.

  4. Team learning.  The team members participate in a true dialogue.

  5. Systemic thinking. The integrative discipline (the fifth) that fixes the other 4 into a logical body of theory and practice.
